A New Chapter for GIG-ARTS!
From an annual conference to an international community
Over the past ten editions, GIG-ARTS has grown from an annual academic conference into an international community bringing together scholars and practitioners working on Internet governance, digital policy and the transformation of digital society.
Today, we are pleased to announce three important developments.
Three important developments
A new governance framework
GIG-ARTS is adopting a new governance framework designed to strengthen the continuity, openness and international reach of the community, with a renewed Steering Committee and clearer responsibilities for:
- Scientific coordination
- Institutional relations
- Communication
- Impact
- Partnerships
- Future activities
A new website
GIG-ARTS is launching the new website, conceived not simply as the home of the GIG-ARTS Conference Series, but as the common platform for the growing range of activities developed by the community.
