GIG-ARTS 2026 Conference Programme Now Available
The full programme of the 10th GIG-ARTS Conference is now available online.
We are pleased to announce that the programme of the 10th GIG-ARTS Conference has been published. The conference will take place at Dublin City University, All Hallows Campus, on 14–15 May 2026.
This year’s edition is dedicated to the theme “Digital Futures, Sustainable Freedoms: Rights, Responsibilities and Governance”. The conference will bring together scholars and practitioners to explore the intersections between digital development, environmental sustainability, fundamental rights, and transnational governance.
Across two days, the programme will feature panels, a keynote speech, a poster session, and a roundtable addressing key issues in contemporary internet governance, including digital freedoms, ecological boundaries, digital authoritarianism, digital sovereignty, AI governance, EU digital regulation, data centres and sustainability, and the future of digital governance.
The full programme includes the detailed schedule, panel titles, speakers, chairs, and practical information for participants attending the conference in Dublin.
